Franco’s on Jermyn Street is looking for a professional commis waiter / barista to join our front of house team.
Many consider Franco’s to be one of the first Italian restaurants in London, first opening its doors in 1946.

As a professional barista you will have experience making coffees in a high volume establishment for a minimum of 6 months. The ideal candidate will be able to speak and understand English, be a good communicator, enthusiastic, positive, friendly and willing to please.

Franco’s is open all day Monday to Saturday. The restaurant is closed on Sundays and Bank holidays including the week between Christmas and New Year. In return we offer excellent rates of pay and working conditions.
