We are currently on the lookout for a passionate, intelligent and well-presented individual to join the team at Brighton Lola Lo;
If working in bars and clubs is what you love doing, and want to start / continue a career in this trade, then you might just be the person we are looking for and Eclectic bars Ltd, could be exactly what you need.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Management of your bar team to ensure all members are performing correctly and service runs smoothly.
• Stock management (stock taking and ordering)
• Dealing with customer queries and complaints
• Training of new staff members including running cocktail training sessions
• Working alongside the management to make Lola Lo the best club in Brighton for both customers and staff.

You must:
• Have a passion for the industry
• Be fluent in written and spoken English
• Be over 18, eligible to live and work in the uk with your own bank account and NI number.

Pay rates will vary depending on the individual.
