We Are Currently Looking For An Experienced Senior Bartender For The Gun In Docklands.

The Gun Has A 40 Cover Dining Room In The Main Bar, A Back Bar With Two Snugs, Two Private Dining Rooms And A Fabulous Riverside Terrace That Seats 50. There Is Also An 80 Cover Outdoor Terrace To The Right Of The Gun Which Is Open From May-September For Fantastic Summer Drinks And BBQs And Private Summer Parties

This Role Would Suit Someone Who Has At Least 3 Years Experience Working Within A Gastropub Or Bar Environment. The Gun Operates To An Impeccable Standard And The Ideal Candidate Would Be Used To Performing To This High Level. Excellent Knowledge And Passion For Wine And Cocktails Is Essential.

Main Duties Of This Role Include;
* Leading A Team To Ensure High Standards Are Upheld At All Times
* Building And Maintaining Relationships With Customers.
* General Running And Upkeep Of The Bar

This Is A Full Time Role (around 40 Hours Per Week) With Two Full Days Off.
