Über is a friendly professionally run unit that are presently looking for exceptional floor staff to work in Poulton's most stylish cocktail bar.

The applicants must have a good working knowledge of common catering procedures, be punctual, well presented and also be available over the weekends.

The main feature of the venue will be level of service and quality of product including cocktails. We would prefer the applicants to have experience in making cocktails.

The rate of pay is very competitive. Training will be given to the successful applicant where necessary.

For consideration of a senior floor position the applicant should also have the following skill set:

- Proficient using EPOS systems
- knowledgeable about basic ingredients in common cocktails
- Fluent in basic product knowledge
- Have 1 years experience serving cocktails.
