This Is A Full Time Position, Working 5 Days A Week. Successful Applicant Should Have Style And Flair With Experience Already Gained In The Hospitality Industry Of Leading And Developing Staff.

You Will Be 'hands On' And Supportive, With The Ability To Encourage Your Team To Provide Excellent Guest Service And Satisfaction. Cocktails And Cellar Experience Preferred But Not Essential, However, You Must Be Prepared To Obtain A Personal License.

If You Are Ambitious, Hard Working And Highly Motivated, This Position Offers Huge Prospects.

Salary Negotiable According To Experience, With The Potential To 'live In' If Required.
