The star and dove Is seeking a highly professional pub/restaurant manager to lead, motivate and develop a high end food driven team both in our olde English tavern and our historical fine dining restaurant.
Duties will include being hands on in service times plus the training and implementation of a split style of service over 2 floors.

Our business is expanding rapidly and require someone with the skill to adapt to a multiple of challenges whilst maintaining presence and leadership at all times.
