-Supervisory Experience In High Volume Bars
-Great Product Knowledge From Spirits To Beers And Wines
-An Outgoing Personality And Ability To Connect With Guests On All Levels
-Ability To Read The Guests Needs
-Cellar Management/Stocktaking Experience
-Some Cocktail Experience Preffered
