Bar Manager Late Night Cocktail Bar Berkshire



My Client has recently opened a stunning bar in Berkshire and is looking for a Bar Manager to progress and take over the bar and become the General Manager. The Venue is very eclectic with a real high end feel producing fantastic cocktails



There are huge expansion plans for next year so the role is for someone ready to join an expanding and very exciting company

It is a very fast paced and challenging environment, within which the applicant must:

* Be very customer focused and present high standards at all times
* Have an enthusiastic and ambitious attitude
* Show commitment and determination
* Have the ability to drive their staff and business forward
* Show good communication skills and the ability to work alongside the management team to develop ideas



Responsibilities will include:

* The everyday running of the venue
* Management and motivation of staff
* Profit and Loss
* Meeting your KPI goals
* Dealing with any customer complaints
* Staff incentives
* Staff training and recruitment
* Meeting the necessary customer standards
* Strong knowledge of budgeting and GP levels



Personal Licence is required

The ideal candidate will have previous managerial experience, preferably in a busy main stream bar and restaurant venue, passionate about good food, excellent service and amazing cocktails.
