The Right Candidates Will Be Hardworking, Reliable, And Trust Worthy, And Have Previous Experience, And/or Qualifications That Are Relevant To The Position.
Duties Will Include, Stock Take And Ordering For Bar, Designing New Cocktails, Managing GP, Helping Create Our Wine List, Training Of Staff, Serving Customers, Taking Bookings, Organising Functions, Opening And Closing Restaurant, Cash Up And Acting As Manager In The Absence Of The General Manager And Assistant Manager.
