We Are Currently Recruiting For A Full-time, Permanent Bar Manager. We Are An Independent Cocktail Bar In Islington, Focusing On Creating Some Of The Best Cocktails In London, And Pride Ourselves On Our Reputation For 1st Class Customer Service.

Responsibilities & Requirements;

Your Main Duties Will Be To Look After The General Running Of The Bar During Service, Leading The Team And Delegating Duties. You Will Ensure Quick, Efficient Service With Support From Your Bar Supervisor Throughout Trading Hours, Maintaining A Positive Work Ethic And Enjoyable Environment For Both Staff And Customer. To Do So You Will Need A Good Understanding Of Cocktail Bartending, With Up To Date Product Knowledge. Ideally You Will Have Attended Industry Training Events And/or Been Involved In Cocktail Competitions.

You Must Be Good At Dealing With Customers - Able To Confidently Handle All Customer Enquiries And Any Issues That Arise. There Will Also Be Financial Responsibilities Including Cashing Up At The End Of Each Shift.

This Role Will Suit Someone With Energy, Drive And Enthusiasm That Can Push Sales, And Ensure The Team Follows In Your Footsteps. We’re Looking For Someone Career Minded Aiming To Progress As The Company Expands.

Ideally You Will Have A Personal License.

Salary Up To £26k/annum OTE, Dependant On Experience.
