A fantastic opportunity has arisen to become the Bar Restaurant Manager at a fantastic luxury boutique hotel resort in the heart of Cardiff city centre.This is a newly created role set within this newly opened hotel. As the Bar Restaurant Manager and part of the management team, you may be required to act as duty manager within the hotel when required.You will need to be immaculately presented with a natural flair for Front of House and an ability to apply excellent man management, whilst operating front of house to the highest possible standard. The Bar Restaurant Manager is responsible for our main bar which hold approx. 120 and our function room and bar which hold approx. 100, this along with cellar management, ordering and stock-taking being the main parts of the role. £15,000 PA
