Synonomous With Style And Elegance The Operation Caters For Numerous Weddings And Functions Throughtout The Year Providing First Class Menus Tailored To The Clients Need, Utilizing The Freshest Of Ingredients Changing With The Season.

Job Description:
We Are Looking For A Banqueting Sous Chef Or Junior Sous Chef With A Passion For Food And Someone Committed To Excellence That Can Demonstrate Attention To Detail. As Sous Chef You Report Directly To The Head Chef And Assist With Menu Planning Staff Training, Kitchen Managemnet And All Health And Safty Procedures.

The Role Of Sous Chef Requires You To Be Able Demonstrate:

* Excellent Communication Skills.
* Minimum 2 Years Experience In Similar Environment.
* Banqueting And Function Experience In Simalar Style Of Opearation.
* Experience Working In A Large Team.
* Fluent In English.
