We are seeking a Banking and Stores Administrator to join our Treasury team within the Finance department based in Watford.

Job purpose:

To ensure all store banking issues are resolved on a timely basis and financial control is maintained re all store discrepancies.

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Treasury manager with key business support to the finance department and stores
• To reconcile key cash, card, coin and bank accounts and ensure banking procedures are followed
• To match cash, card and coin transactions
• To facilitate coin ordering and cash pick-ups for stores
• To investigate store cash discrepancies
• To resolve fraudulent transactions
• To provide cover to other members in the Treasury department
• To provide ad hoc support as required
• To prepare and put payments on the electronic banking system
• To manage head office and foreign currency bankings
