An Increase In Demand For Agency Band 5 Community Nurses Means We Are Recruiting Band 5 Community Nurses On An Ongoing Basis To Meet Our Clients’ Needs.

Work Is Available Now In The Community In North London.
· You Will Work As A Band 5 Community Nurse.
· The Role Includes Visiting Patients In The Community Post Hospital Discharge, Managing Chronic Health Problems And Carrying Out Wound Care.
· Both Full Time And Part Time Hours Are Available.

Community Experience Is Not Essential However Candidates Must Have Worked As A Band 5 Nurse For At Least Six Months In Any Area.
