Hi,

We're looking for an aupair to live in our family home (a four bedroom house in Oadby) to carry out childcare duties with my 3 year old little boy and generally provide some light cleaning duties each day. Childcare would typically be during evenings and weekends, but no more than two weekends a month or 3 evenings per week. In return, you'll get food and board, as well as a weekly allowance.

Some help with taking son to nursery, or nursery pick ups may be necessary, although on foot or by taxi. In order to apply for this position you must be able to:
- Satisfy safeguarding procedures which include:
A fully checkable work history, together with references from your employers, tutors or character references, and undergo an enhanced CRB check (police check).
Personal traits:
- Warm, kind and caring
- Friendly and outgoing
-Patient and capable of planning activities for children
-Able to cook and prepare meals
Work experience:
Some experience of working with children to support their learning, or experience of helping other siblings. Experience of personal care of children (i.e. helping them to shower or bath, use toilet) would be helpful too.

In this role you would not be needed to clean except the role of cleaning up after yourself, and my son whilst he was in your care.
