Job Title: Assistant Training & Employment Manager
Location: Bradford, West Yorkshire
Salary: 35,000 plus 4,080 vehicle allowance per annum
Closing date: Friday 5 October 2012
Our client, part of wider group that focuses on social exclusion and building sustainable communities, with particular reference on the `hard to reach` groups.
You will be required to co-ordinate and manage the effective delivery of all contracts across all three centres (Bradford, Burnley and Middlesbrough) and ensure we meet funders requirements and deliver expected outputs. You will also ensure that robust effective management systems are maintained in line with lead funding bodies and quality assurance requirements.
With previous management experience and knowledge of work based learning programmes and delivering accredited programmes of learning, you will have relevant teaching qualifications, strong management skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Access to a car with a valid driving licence is essential as frequent travel to the centres will be required.
