Assistant Property Manager - Wolverhampton - £14k basic plus bonus Do you have Degree in Property Management. A superb opportunity has become available with a very well respected National Residential Lettings Brand in Wolverhampton City Centre. Our fantastic clients are looking for a dedicated Assistant property manager who have a genuine desire to offer the best customer service to landlords in the wton & surrounding areas. Our clients are looking for an Degree caliber Assistant Property Manager with great experience to join their expanding team and assist in the management of a portfolio in excess of 400 properties, specialising in the Wton & surrounding area's property market. Excellent knowledge of the Wton area is essential and ideally knowledge in dealing with all types of property. Purpose of Role Your central role will be overseeing the Property Management department and the Property Manager, administering rents, receiving, paying, chasing, managing arrears, liaising with landlords, renewing leases and other ad hoc admin duties as and when required. A successful Assistant Property Manager for residential Lettings is a dynamic professional and friendly with excellent communication skills. You will take every opportunity to evaluate your business and ensure that you have a really strong customer focus and breed a culture that the customer comes first. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining a customer orientated service and ensuring that service standards are achieved within company policy, legislative and regulatory requirements. You will need to be a problem solver with a get up and go attitude, be good at dealing with both clients and tenants and be well presented.

Essential Skills for the Assistant Property Manager role includes:
