Assistant People Manager - Retail Food Concept - London
This fabulous food retail company are currently looking for an Assistant People Manager to join their small, growing business in London. This is an incredibly fast paced, dynamic business that due to their recent and upcoming growth requires a talented individual to join their Head Office team.
Ideally you will come from a hospitality or food retail background and have had some Human Resources experience before; perhaps you are a number two to a Human Resources Manager and looking to take the next step up the career ladder. This is a diverse role and would require you to be fully involved in all of the areas listed below:
·Company induction across all levels
·Close liaison with General Manager and the Operations team regarding HR issues within the business
·All team welfare and supporting new managers within the business
·Team retention and sign off on management probation periods.
·Assisting the operations team to keep the company culture on track.
