We are looking for Assistant Managers to work in our friendly pubs & restaurant in Windsor & Eton, Berkshire.

Our destination operations have lots of history and character, with a lovely outside areas that attracts regular customers for the high quality food and drink on offer as well as those visiting Windsor for the tourist attractions, Olympics at Dorney or Jubilee events.

As an Assistant Manager you will support the Manager and need to possess an understanding of the day to day running of a similar establishment and have a desire to progress in a dynamic forward thinking team, who is prepared to work hard in a friendly atmosphere.

The Assistant Manager will need to be

- Able to confidently manage other members of staff in the absence of Deputy and General Manager

- Enthusiastic and ambitious, looking to progress

- Very well presented

- Have an understanding of all aspects of pub management

- Excellent communication skills and very keen

- Excellent host

- Knowledge of food

As Assistant Manager you will be prepared to work hard in a friendly team and will receive a generous salary and tips where applicable.
