The successful candidates will have at least one years’ experience as an Assistant Manager in a busy pub or bar environment. Strengths will include; people management, solid operational practice and an eye for detail.

Responsibilities include:
• Social Networking
• Running the floor and bar in a busy operation.
• Managing a large team of people.
• Weekly management paperwork including all compliance and legalities.
• Achieving GP% and wage% targets for your department through effective controls and management.
• Taking responsibility for training and development of staff.
• Ensure guest experience is of the highest standard at all times

Must have licence, be willing to work with a young, experienced team, and with a good command of English.
