This is an ideal role for an Assistant Manager looking to develop their career in one of the UKs most passionate pub companies.

A short stroll from the Oval and Vauxhall stations, The Fentiman Arms is a stunning, homely pub with superb quality British food and friendly faces aplenty.

Cricket at the Oval saw record sales this year of 55K+, averaging out over the year with revenues between 28-34k. Food is a huge focus of ours with a healthy 40:60 (wet:dry) split.

About you:

As an Assistant Manager you would be leading the team towards our goal of always giving exceptional customer service in a relaxed home from home environment.

Within this role, you will be encouraged to use your smile and outgoing personality to drive sales and increase profits.

You will also be able to evidence: cellar management, wet stock control and display basic understanding of the P&L.

The Reward:

As Assistant Manager you can expect a basic salary of up to £22K +tronc depending on experience.
