We are currently recruiting for a couple (due to accommodation) to join our team in Meribel, France

Assistant Manager

This is a diverse and challenging role, assisting the Manager in delivering 5* exceptional service. The main emphasis in this role is customer service, delivering a memorable holiday experience for every client.

Main Responsibilities

• Customer Service – service of breakfast. Afternoon tea and evening meal
• Housekeeping of bedrooms, bathrooms and communal areas. Laundry service when Chalet owner is in situ
• Proactive guest communication to ensure requirements is pre empted and met.
• Assisting covering Chef and Chauffeur duties on their days off

Experience Required

• Minimum 3 years service experience
• Previous Chalet experience desirable
• Excellent Interpersonal skills
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Full Up driving licence essential
• Conversational French desirable

Profile

You must be extremely positive and flexible and able to work under pressure. An eye for detail is a must as is a desire to provide an outstanding client experience. Being self motivated and a strong team player is essential.

Chauffeur

This role involves providing a resort based private chauffeur service to all our clients and also incorporates some hosting duties when required to assist the Chalet team in providing a luxury holiday experience.

Main Responsibilities

• Providing an in resort Chauffeur service to all clients. Hours are generally 08.00 to 18.00 6 days a week thus generally only allowing for 1 day skiing a week.
• Maintaining all company vehicles
• Minor Chalet maintenance
• Attending to Chalet fires ( clearing and setting)
• Snow clearing of driveways and terraces
• Maintaining outdoor Jacuzzi
• Transporting staff and goods when required
• Assisting Chalet team where required

Experience Required

• Minimum 5 years driving experience
• Previous hospitality or customer service experience essential
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Full clean UK driving licence

Profile

A highly professional individual is required, with a positive and flexible attitude. You must be proactive and able to work well under pressure. A team player is essential as is being well presented at all times.
