Assistant Catering Engineer - Retail Food Company - London

This fantastic retail food company are currently looking for an Assistant Catering Engineer to support the current Catering Engineer. This is a small independent company who operate a number of food retail businesses within Central London and increasingly outside London

The overall responsibilities of this role include:
The installation, service, maintenance and repair of catering equipment including microwaves, dishwashers, and refrigerators end electrical combination ovens.
To perform electrical installation and repair work - we would also ask that you inspect electrical systems for unsafe conditions - NICEIC preferred. You must be qualified in electricity with diploma and knowledge in electronics, this is non negotiable.
To identify and perform basic repairs of plumbing leaks or breaks
To assist with the project management of all new shop fits
Experience doing handyman jobs would be helpful as well

This is a field based role covering the Central London area and on occasion outside London as the company continues to grow; you will be required to travel on a daily basis so a full driving licence would be an advantage although the main travel with be within Central London.
