We Are Now Recruiting For The Position Of:

Area Cleaning Manager – 25k

Experienced Area Manager Required For Our Multi-site National Client, Throughout Scotland.
Previous Experience Of Managing KPI’S Service Level Agreements, Financial Budgets And Performance Targets.

Applicants Must Have Proven Management In Cleaning, Be Highly Motivated With A Flexible Hands On Attitude.
Excellent Communication And Motivational Skills Are Required
Preferred BICCS Level 1 & 2 Or Equivalent
Experience Of Payroll Management
Proven Experience Of Handling Employee Relations Issues
Be Able To Work Effectively With All Grades And Cultures Of Employee
Demonstrate An Ability To Use Own Initiative In Resolving Operational Challenges.
Be Able To Formulate Action Plans For All Areas In Order To Maintain H&S Awareness At All Levels
Have A Full Driving Licence (the Successful Applicant Will Be Provided With A Company Vehicle)
Must Have Proven Management In Cleaning, With A Flexible Hands On Attitude.

A Company Car, Fuel Card, Mobile Phone And Laptop Will Be Provided.
