Here at Active Assistance, we are growing and to allow this, we are looking for people who want to be Live-in Personal Care Assistants to our spinal cord injured clients all over England and Wales. It is a flexible role so ideal if you are travelling and it gives you an opportunity to travel around England while at the same time earning.

Our clients are aged between 18 and 50 and all of them live an independent life in their own homes. Working as a Live-in Personal Care Assistant means that you are enabling our clients to live at home and have a varied and active life. You will be assisting them with all activities of daily living and so it is a very involved role and at the same time very rewarding.
To qualify to work with Active Assistance as a PA you must :-
•Be at least 21 years of age *
•Hold a Driving Licence valid for driving in the UK
•Be eligible to work in the UK either through your nationality or by holding a valid UK Work Permit/Visa
•Have excellent English language skills
•Ideally, be a non-smoker
* This position is exempt from the Employment Equality (Age) Regulations 2006 as per section 8(2).
When working as a PA with Active Assistance you will receive:-
• Free 5 day, award winning*, specialist training to nationally recognised standards
• Free food and accommodation whilst working
• Starting salary up to £469 per week + paid holiday
• 6 monthly salary reviews + bonus opportunities
• 28 days of PAID holiday
• Opportunities for free UK and overseas travel
