An Extremely Large Primary School In The Centre Of Manchester Is Currently Looking For An Outstanding Level 3 Teaching Assistant To Cover A Number Of Classes In The School.

The Role Is Very Interesting And Will Involve Coordinating With A Number Of The Teachers In The School To Ensure That The Children's Learning Is Being Facilitated In The Best Way Possible. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience In Working With All Primary Year Groups And Experience With Children With Behavioural Problem Is A Must.

The School Itself Is Four Form Entry And Caters For Almost 450 Children. There Is A Teaching Assistant In Every Classroom But Due The Large Classroom Sizes And Nature Of Some Of The Children Additional Support Is Needed.

The Teachers And Senior Management Staff Are Very Supportive To Teaching Assistants. Good Performances From Temporary Staff Are Often Rewarded With A Permanent Position.

REQUIREMENTS
The Successful Candidates Will Be Confident And Have A Positive Approach, As Well As Having Relevant Teaching Qualifications, The Right To Work In The UK, 2 Professional Teaching References From Within The Last 2 Years And A Valid CRB.
