We Are Seeking An Experienced And Qualified Architect/contract Administrator Full RIBA (Part 3) With At Least 5 Years Experience In High End Residential New Build And Refurbishment Of Existing Buildings In The UK, For A Busy Chesham/Bucks Based Architects Practice.
The Position Requires Dealing Directly With Clients And To Act As The Lead Consultant In Dealing With The Design Team/consultants, Local Authority And The Main Contractor; Project Management And Site Experience In Running Jobs Is Also An Essential Part Of This Role; You Will Be Working Closely With The Associate Partner With A Minimum Of Supervision.
Experience In Project Management, Contract Administration Is Imperative As Well As Excellent Working Knowledge Of Construction Detailing And Be Able To Produce Production Information/tender Drawing And Building Regulation Packages.
In Order To Apply For This Position, Candidates Must Meet The Following Criteria:
• Good Communication Skills To Deal With Clients, LA & Lead Other Design Team Consultants,
• Proficient In AUTOCAD,
• UK Experience & Sound Knowledge Of Current Building Regs,
• Previous Experience In Bespoke Design, Residential & Refurbishment For High End Domestic Projects In The UK,
• The Successful Candidate Will Need To Be Able To Meet Deadlines Ensuring All Work Produced Is Of The Highest Standard.
