Contract Type- Permanent

AquariumGroup Is An Aquarium Design, Installation And Maintenance Company Based In The South East. We Have A Vacancy For A Trainee Aquarium Maintenance Technician.

Starting Salary: £12750 Increasing To £15K

The Successful Candidate Will Be Responsible For Maintaining Our Clients' Aquariums In Both Commercial And Residential Locations. Occasionally Duties May Also Include Installation Of New Aquariums, Relocation Of Existing Aquariums, Troubleshooting Aquariums And Fish Disease Control And Prevention. The Role Will Involve A Considerable Amount Of Driving To Various Service Routes Mainly In Central London And Surrounding Areas, But Will Also Include The South And North West Of England. This Is A Full Time Post Which Involves Working On Average 40 Hours Per 5 Day Week And May Include Working The Odd Weekend Or Bank Holidays.

You Will Be Given Full Training For A Trial 3 Month Period After Which On Successful Completion Your Salary Will Increase To £15K And A Company Vehicle Will Be Provided.

Requirements:

You Must Be Punctual.
You Must Have A Valid Driver's Licence And Clean Driving Record.
You Will Be Required To Pass A CRB Check
You Must Have Your Own Vehicle And Will Be Paid A Mileage Allowance.
You Must Be Able To Do Some Heavy Lifting On A Regular Basis.
You Must Enjoy Getting Your Hands Wet And Show Initiative With Good Troubleshooting Skills.
You Must Have Good Communication And People Skills Face To Face.
You Must Have An Attention To Detail And Work In An Efficient And Tidy Manner.
