aqua Kyoto is looking for an exceptional Sous sushi Chef.
Situated in a vibrant central London location, the restaurant seats 110 covers including sushi bar and robata grill.
The restaurants boast three outdoor terraces, and offers exquisite and innovative Japanese cuisine.
The restaurant runs a 6 day a week operation for both lunch and dinner.
You will be working for an international, independent and award winning restaurant group.
The role:
Having excellent attention to detail
Be comfortable with working to high volume
Have a high standard of presentation
You must be dynamic, and passionate about producing a high end, quality product.
