Working within a busy sales office you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers and building relationships to secure new and repeat IT business.

•Contact customers in order to secure new business, generating new opportunites.
•Provide high levels of customer service at all times.
•Gain sound knowledge of the complete company portfolio, the strengths of the business and of other competitor products.
•Handle objections and negotiate skilfully in tough situations to win business and retain good relationships.
