We are looking for an Ambitious Financial Controller for an exciting Recruitment Company, based in Central London.
The Sugarman Group is a market leading organisation with offices in London and Sydney, a market leading, specialist niche recruitment consultancy, wholly focused on supporting clients and the specialist professionals within Social Care, Education and Medical Fields.
This is an immediate start in which the chosen candidate will be responsible for Managing the Accounts Office, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Banking, Procurement, oversee Payroll and Credit Control, Benefits and Expenses, Budgeting.
They must ensure key financial processes are administered in an efficient and effective manner and promote and deliver best practice procedures across the Group.
Proven success in a fast paced company and delivering process improvements is a pre-requisite for the job.
We are looking for a Dynamic and Pacey individual that is ready for the next step in their financial career.
Someone who is confidant in their ability and is looking for an opportunity to grow in their next role.

Applicants must be part qualified accounts, who are highly motivated, professional and pro-active and possess the ability to form positive relationships with senior management.

Applicants should have previous experience in and be required to:
To manage the 5 members of staff in the Accounts Department and ensure their work is checked
To prepare the management accounts for the Managing Director
To pay all invoices
To enter all accounts on Sage50
Monthly In-house wages
To keep all contracts including leases
To keep control of all mobiles, contracts and payments
To liaise with the Bank and factoring
Anything appertaining to the smooth running of the office
Assist with corporation tax
Trial balance analysis
Weekly management reporting
Assist with annual audit
Overseeing credit control
Budgeting
P & L Balance Sheet
Forecast preparations
Salary circa £40,000
