To Manage The Student Admissions And Enrolment Processes In An Effective And Efficient Manner With High Attention To Detail And Strict Adherence To Agreed Timescales.

•Process Applications From Initial Enquiry Through To Enrolment Within The Agreed 48 Hour Timescale And The Admissions Procedures;
•Outstanding Attention To Detail And Responsibility For The Quality Of Data Entered On All Systems.
•Provide Administrative Support For Admissions Colleagues.
•Optimise Student Conversion Rates From Potential Enquiries Through Good Relationship Management With Key Stakeholders;
•Ensure That The New Processes For CAS (student Visa) Applications Are Fully Understood And Utilised, With Responsibility For Ensuring The Quality Of Information Input On The System.
•Contribute To The Development Of Admissions Processes And Systems;
•Develop Effective Working Relationships With INTO Customers;
•Help Potential Customers Understand The Programmes Offered By INTO And The Linkages With Potential University Courses;
•Build Effective Working Relationships With The INTO Marketing And Sales Team In The UK And Abroad;
•Provide Relevant Pre-arrival And Registration Information To Students And Education Agents;
•Provide Counselling Support For Students During The Application Process. Interpretation Skills May Be Required;
