We Are A Growing Private College In West London - UKBA Approved (Rating A) And British Council Accredited. We Are Currently Looking For An Enthusiastic And Motivated Experienced Candidate To Join Our Team As An Administrator In Our Busy Office. We Are Mainly Dealing With International Students So You Have To Be A Person That Can Adapt And Understand Different Cultures.

Main Job Duties:
- Identifying, Developing And Managing International Partnership Sales Channels - Delivering Against The Targets Set By The College Management
- Using Market Insight
- Develop And Deliver Clear And Timely Plans That Articulate Market Development Opportunities And Illustrate How The Objectives Will Be Delivered In Order To Achieve The College's Partnership Strategy.
- As A Member Of International Office They Are Expected To Work With Heads Of Departments, Director Of Operations And Student Services To Ensure The Smooth Operation Of Admissions Procedures;
- Arranging Interviews For International Applicants And Providing Appropriate Documentation In A Timely Manner.
- Liaising And Networking With A Range Of Stakeholders, E.g. Customers, Colleagues, Suppliers And Partner Organisations;
- Communicating With Target Audiences And Managing Customer Relationships;
- Organising And Attending Events Such As Conferences, Seminars, Receptions And Exhibitions;
- Supporting The Marketing Executive And Other Colleagues;
- Working As Part Of The Team, They Are Responsible For Creating And Publication Of Course Information And Marketing Materials.
- Work Successfully With Overseas Agents And Representatives From A Range Of Background And Cultures
- Administration Duties - Diary Management, Monitoring, Recording And Investigating Student Absences, Assisting In The Planning Of College Events, Stock Control, Providing Refreshments, Resources, Agendas And Minutes For Meetings
This Post Will Be The First Point Of Contact For All Of Our Prospective Students And Agents - Responsible For Recruitment, Admissions, And On-going Welfare Support Of International Students, And Also Focused On Developing Strong Relationships With Representatives And Agents.
Full Training Will Be Provided To The Suitable Candidate.
