Small Upholstery Shop Based In Paisley Require An Administrator To Take On ALL Duties Of Running The Office And Must Be Computer Literate.

THIS IS A PART TIME POSITION WORKING 3 DAYS OF THE WEEK FOR 10 HOURS BUT MAY INCREASE DEPENDING ON THE CANDIDATE TO A SEPERATE BUSINESS.

Role:
Answering Calls And Passing On Messages.
Ordering Stock
Emailing Quotes
Invoice Customers
Process Invoices & Payments
Basic Accounts Input To Quickbooks Accounts Software
Make Payments To Suppliers
Reconcile Bank
Chase Outstanding Debt If Required
PA To Director
General Ad Hoc Duties As And When Required

Weekly Pay & Rate Of Pay To Be Discussed Depending On Experience.

This Role Would Ideally Suit A Confident Person Who Has Worked Within The Same Enviroment Or Within A Small Business.
