Roberts Support (www.robertssecuritygroup.com) part of an international network of companies, has an opportunity for a highly organised Admin and Marketing Assistant to provide general office support and marketing assistance in our Luton office. When required, you will also have the opportunity to work closely with the Sales & Marketing team. This role would be suitable for a capable individual who is committed to progressing within our company group.
The role is varied and demanding and will include a variety of tasks, which amongst others include:
•General office admin support;
•Answering office phone calls and address enquiries;
•Providing excellent customer services;
When required, you will support the Sales and Marketing team with a variety of tasks that may include:
•Generating sales and marketing leads;
•Supporting the marketing team with the provision of relevant information;
•Undertaking specific market research projects as and when relevant;
•Co-ordinating and managing marketing materials;
•Preparing and distributing regular marketing communications to existing and potential clients;
•Managing project timelines to ensure that key timings are met and prepare weekly written updates on your progress;
•Contacting existing clients and approaching potential clients.
Requirements:
•Sales/marketing/administration experience;
•Excellent written and oral English language skills;
•Foreign language (Polish, Russian, German, etc.) would be an advantage;
•Highly motivated, organised and efficient;
•Ability to work to demanding timelines and workloads;
•Work under own initiative whilst also being a team player;
•Able to work effectively on multiple projects;
•Strong time and project management skills;
•Computer literate with high level of competency in Excel and PowerPoint.
