Job Objective
To Assist And Support The Recruitments Consultants

We Have A Fantastic Opportunity To Join A Small But Exciting Recruitment Company To Support The Team In Their Day To Day Administration Duties. You Will Also Be Able To Learn All About The Recruitment Industry And Build Your Knowledge To A Possible Trainee Consultant Position.

Duties:
Meeting And Greeting Of Candidates Coming Into The Office.
Pre Screening Of Candidates, I.e. Reference Checking, Photocopying Of ID And Documentation.
Answering The Telephone And Taking Messages On Behalf Of The Consultants
Sourcing Candidates From Our Internal Data Base To Fill Vacancies
General Office Duties Such As Filing Photocopying And Data Input.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have An Excellent Telephone Manner And Be Highly Motivated To Learn New Work Based Skills Along With Their NVQ Qualification.

No Previous Experience Is Necessary As All Specific Training Will Be Provided.

General Requirements
1. Good GCSE In English And Maths.
2. Computer Literate
3. Good Telephone Manner
4. Smartly Presented

At Training Associates Centre You Will Receive An Induction And Training Towards A Level 2 NVQ In Business Admin, Which Will Include: Customer Care, Microsoft Office, Planning And Time Management, Communication Skills, Conflict Resolution, Policies, Procedures, Systems And Values In The Workplace, Storing And Archiving Information, Business Sectors, Organisations And More

How Long Will It Take?
In General A Level 2 Apprenticeship Lasts For 8 Months. The Advanced Apprenticeship (level 3) Can Be Achieved Within 16. These May Vary Dependant On Ability
