Personal Assistant to the directors. Must have excellent communication skills and be fluent in English. Attention to detail extremely important. Confident telephone manner essential. Organising and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well-prepared for meetings. Travelling with the manager to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance. Efficiency - you must be able to manage multiple diaries and work calmly often within tight deadlines. Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the experience and confidence to deal with clients and candidates at the most senior level. Job will involve filing, scanning and answering / making calls. Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff, carrying out specific projects and research.
