Part time admin/clerical assistant required for busy expanding central heating business in Renfrewshire. Duties include -

Reception - greeting and dealing customers and clients, answering telephone, logging and planning repairs, processing customer payments
General office duties including inputting of data, filing
Knowledge of MICROSOFT OFFICE, MS WORD and EXCEL essential, knowledge of SAGE would be beneficial

Candidate must be flexible, have good communication and organisational skills and capable of working in busy environment. Position may lead to full time hours.
