Recent college graduates, students or applicants who need extra income are encouraged to apply. Our Company is growing, we like to have fun, and we're looking for some great candidates to join us. This is a part-time position with the possibility of expanding into full-time later in the year.

Requirements for position:
At least 18 years old
Attention to detail and highly proficient in data entry.
Process a high volume of orders.
Ensure delivery of excellent customer service through timely and accurate processing of orders, communication and coordination with other departments to resolve inquiries.
Energetic, friendly, outgoing professional personality and ability to interact well with others.
Professional phone manner.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Build and maintain customer loyalty by providing prompt friendly service.
Other projects and daily tasks as required. We are a small company and flexibility to fill in for others and take on additional responsibilities is necessary from all employees.

Responsibilities:
Accurate data input / order processing
Compare data with source documents to detect errors
Dealing with customer queries via the telephone and email
Compiling and running computer reports
