Reports To: Warehouse Manager And Managing Director, Bristol, United Kingdom

Duties:
Admin Assistant / Data Entry
• Calling And Emailing Customers To Book In Deliveries
• Controlling And Typing Up Invoices And Packaging Notes From Suppliers
• Working With Our Other Offices Admin Team To Assist Workflow
• Working With Our Customer Services Team In Other Offices To Assist In Communication Between That Office And The Warehouse (being The Go-between For The Warehouse And External Offices)
Other Offices Admin Team To Assist Workflow
Help Create Monthly, Quarterly And Yearly Reports.
Skills Needed:
• Very Good Organisational Skills
• Good With Numbers, Basic Accounting Skills
• Eye For Detail And A Mature Attitude Towards Work
• Proficient With Computers Including Ms Word, Excel, MS Outlook (or Other Email Client), Internet Browsing; Experience With Database Management Is An Asset
• Ability To Work In A Small Office. (We Are Not A Large Corporate Environment).
• Can Work Extremely Well Under Pressure
Part-time/Warehouse & Office Based Role. Office Is Based In Avonmouth, Bristol.
Hours – 15-20 Hours Per Week. 9am - 12pm Monday - Friday.
Salary Pro RATA/ £14,000.
