• Assisting With Checking And Sending Out Quotes
• Processing Orders
• Answering The Operator And Overflow Phone Calls
• Sending Brochure Packs, Appointment Follow Ups And General Post
• Sending Out Maintenance Contracts For All Customers And Promotions During The Year
• Printing Certificates & Manuals
• Maintenance Of Filing System
• Covering Basic Accounts Duties When Required
• Stationery Replenishment
• Assisting Printing, Packing And Posting Mail-shots And Follow Up Calls
• Data Entry/cleansing Of New/current Customers & Maintenance Contract Details And Service Information
• General Help To Directors , General Manager & Ops Co-ordinator
• Post – Outbound And Log On System
• Booking Travel Arrangements
• Ad Hoc Duties As Required By Team
• Banking Duties
• Assistance To The Sales Team Where Required
