Contract type: Part-time or Permanent
Salary: Starting from £18,000 depending on experience
We are currently seeking an Accounts/Admin Assistant to join our small but busy and successful Fashion Distribution Company. We are a rapidly expanding business with a young vibrant team and require a new confident and enthusiastic member.
The ideal applicant will have a minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role and will be confident using Sage 50 (this is preferable but not essential). The candidate will be accurate, organised and friendly with a good telephone manner and someone who is quick to learn.
Duties will include:
• Inputting data on the company database
• Answering queries using Outlook email
• Answering the telephone and transferring calls
• Process all invoices, credit notes, expense forms and payments
• Imputing data and updating Sage 50
• Maintaining and reconciling bank accounts including petty cash
• Filing on a daily basis
• Post and some ad hoc office duties
• Liaising with our Factoring Company
