Enthusiastic individual required to work in a small friendly office, conveniently located on North Road in Gabalfa, Cardiff. The successful applicant must have previous experience in a similar role and have a thorough knowledge of Sage Line 50 Accounts Professional 2009 software (and latest version). A confident and polite telephone manner is essential.

Duties include maintaining customer and supplier records, preparation of invoices, chasing debtors, managing supplier payments, maintaining day to day company accounts records, reconciling bank accounts, preparing monthly management accounts, VAT returns, etc. in addition to general administrative duties.

This is a stand alone post and the individual must be able to work on own initiative with minimal supervision. There will be a three months trial period.

Wage: £13,500 - £16,000 per year (dependent upon experience)

Hours: 40 hrs per week
