Temp to Perm
We are currently looking for an Accounts and Payroll Assistant to work in our very busy Finance office based in Gloucester Quays. The role will initially cover Maternity Leave but for the right candidate may progress to a permanent role and work with the current finance team. The job will be demanding and the need to work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines is essential. Using your own initiative and confidence in your own ability is a must. We have listed below certain criterias that we are looking for in the right candidate.
Hours of work: Tuesday Friday 9.00am 5.00pm.
Start date: April 2012
Pay scale: To be discussed at interview.
Skills and Experience
Sage Line 50, Sage payroll, Excel, Tempaid & Aspire (Invoicing and Payroll programme)
Experience in the Care sector is desirable but not essential.
Experience in payroll, data entry and time sheeting
Confident in own ability
Use own initiative
Eye for detail with a methodical approach
Manage under pressure
