City Gate Construction (Scotland) Ltd are looking to recruit experienced Payroll & Accounts Administrators based at our Paisley Office.
The main duties for this role are:
Collation of weekly timesheets from various sites
Payroll process of timesheets through both in-house payroll & preparation and reconciliation for clients
Collation & Input of New Start & Leaver information
Weekly Sales Invoices
Daily / Weekly Factor account reconciliation
Payroll Journal Posting
Weekly Credit Control & Reporting
Dealing with external agencies ie HMRC, Jobcentre etc
Dealing with site queries
Ad hoc administration duties
You will have very good experience of office packages, especially excel, and experience of Sage Accounts System.
Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record in all the above fields, the ability to work on own initiative, be professional in manner when dealing with clients and telephone enquiries.
Daily / Weekly / Monthly targets will be in place to be met.
This is an excellent opportunity to join an already established team
Salary circa £16k p/a
