We are looking for an Account Manager on a 12 month fixed term contract to cover maternity, with the potential of becoming a permanent employee. The main focus of this role will be developing client relationships and monitoring account performance in order to maintain and develop the existing network of Law firms. The role is primarily office-based, with occasional visits to customers across the UK.

While experience in account management is preferable, we also value experience in sales or business development and fundamentally be tenacious, focused and dedicated providing outstanding customer service.

Experience & profile:

• Minimum of 2 years experience of handling commercial B2B accounts
• Ability to build positive relationships, facilitating account development & future sales
• Demonstrable track record of exceeding expectation and targets
• Highly competent in negotiation and objection handling
• Highly organized and skilled in multitasking
• Prepared to go the extra mile to help grow the business
• Naturally analytical and solution focused
• Clear communicator with professional charisma & ability to think on your feet

Additionally beneficial:

• Experience of selling to senior professionals
• Knowledge of Salesforce
• Knowledge of the legal sector
• Spanish and/or French language skills
