Account Manager - IT Recruitment
To £20k with 20% commission, no threshold.
An innovative, award winning consultancy has a need for an account manager to join their growing team in Bristol. You are likely to enjoy recruitment and have a solid track record of success, but want to move away from the new business hunting side of the business. You should understand the different ways of attracting and pitching roles, and have a skill and aptitude for finding candidates.
This company holds such people in high regard and rather than pay a smaller percentage of commission they pay 20% commission on all delivered roles with no threshold. You may be a consultant who would rather focus on resourcing / delivery or a career resourcer looking for a better return on your efforts.
