Salary In The Range £12 - £15 Per Hour
COMMUNICARE Is A Largely Church Supported Social Outreach Charity Working Across The City. We Seek To Serve The Vulnerable In Our Communities In And Around Southampton. The Charity Links Local Volunteers To People In Need, Offering A Variety Of Practical Help And Emotional Support.

AS GENERAL MANAger You Will:-
• Work With Trustees On Strategic Development
• Contribute To Developing The Vision
• Carry Out Research
• Establish And Maintain Good Practice
• Manage Staff Throughout Southampton
• Build Strong And Effective Teams
• Ensure Good Communication Within The Organisation And With The Community
• Report To The General Manager, Managing Committee And Trustees
