We are looking for self motivated, charismatic and confident people to join our teams to find new supporters on behalf of some amazing charities.
WE COLLECT CONTACT DETAILS ONLY ON THE STREET - NO BANK DETAILS
Job Description:
You'll be working on your feet, on the street, in the great outdoors in busy town centres engaging with members of the public and inspiring them to take an active interest in your charity. We only take contact details from people on the street so that they can go away and make an informed decision before our telephone staff call them to ask for a regular donation. Simple but very effective.
You’ll be working in a team with like-minded people and will achieve performance targets playing a crucial role in finding new potential supporters for a variety of well known charities.
What we offer:
FULL TIME ONLY - Monday to Friday (we don’t work on Saturdays).
HOURS – 9:45-6pm when working in Birmingham. Slightly earlier meeting time when outside Birmingham.
WEEKLY PAY, 37½ hours per week, plus holiday pay.
BASIC HOURLY RATE £8.72 after completion of 4 weeks of training wage at £7.50 per hour plus excellent achievable bonus scheme. We pay very well so we expect the best from you!
OPPORTUNITIES - We will be looking for talented individuals to develop into the next Team Leaders and managers. This is a great time to join us!
