Breakfast
Waiter/ess – City – 2AA Restaurant - £16,500
Our
client is an award winning British restaurant which is located in the
heart of London Bridge. Our restaurant boasts a deluxe brasserie
style menu and are extremely popular for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Our restaurant has a brigade total of seventy and is led by an
influential and renowned general manager who has worked within some
of the best establishments across the globe. Our modern bar has
recently undergone a complete refurbishment and seats up to thirty
guests at a time. We have an in-depth list of cocktails, ranging from
in-house to classic cocktails.
We
are looking to recruit a competent and enthusiastic Breakfast
Waiter/ess to join our brigade. As
Breakfast Waiter/ess
you will be working closely with both the bar and restaurant manager,
overseeing the smooth running of our breakfast service. The ideal
Breakfast waiter/ess will have a good command of the English
language. The ability to multi task and work under extreme pressure.
Someone who is hands on and looking for a progressive role and has
strong people skills.
The
Successful Breakfast Waiter/ess will be required to work
Monday – Friday starting work at 6am-2pm so you need to be reliable
and trustworthy as we can not arrange cover should you fail to attend
a shift.
The
position of Breakfast Waiter/ess is for an immediate start and
the interviewing process will be commencing promptly.
